How ShoreClock estimates usable shore time and grades route slack.
From ship time to shore time
The planner starts with the arrival and all-aboard times entered by the user. It subtracts an estimated 45 minutes for normal disembarkation, or 60 minutes when a relaxed pace is selected.
The return target starts 60 minutes before all aboard. It adds 15 minutes for taxi or transfer travel, 30 minutes for public transport, and another 30 minutes for a relaxed or mobility-aware group. These are product guardrails, not live operational facts.
Route grades
Comfortable means at least two hours remain after the route estimate. Moderate means one to two hours remain. Tight means less than one hour remains. Not recommended means the route estimate exceeds the calculated window.
A grade does not guarantee a safe return. Tendering, berth changes, traffic, weather, queues, strikes and operator changes are not connected to ShoreClock.
Sources and review
Port facts should be supported by official port, terminal, transport or cruise-line sources where available. Every public page must show a review date, and volatile prices or timetables should be verified again immediately before publication.
